Truly, we do. 

Your feedback helps us keep Porter Cove looking and feeling its best, and we appreciate every single person who takes the time to reach out.

BUT. We need to talk about something.

We've been receiving some complaints lately that come with a names but no addresses. And listen, we get it. 

Maybe you're in a rush, maybe you figured we'd just know, maybe you thought your name alone would ring a bell and we'd immediately picture your house, your lawn, your exact lot number, and the color of your front door. We wish we were that good, but unfortunately we are not mind readers (yet, the HOA is working on it).

In all seriousness, in order for us to actually look into a concern and take action, we need your full address, and the address of the complaint included with every email. 

A name alone doesn't give us enough to go on, and we want to make sure your issue actually gets resolved rather than floating around in mystery.

So here's the deal going forward: name + address = we're on it. Name only = we're sadly just guessing, and nobody wants that.
